Em paralelo, \u00f3rg\u00e3os p\u00fablicos tamb\u00e9m passaram a estruturar seus ecossistemas de inova\u00e7\u00e3o a partir de movimentos similares, obtendo conhecimento e habilidades externamente, via parcerias com atores da ind\u00fastria e academia. Nesta apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o, discutimos como a UFRPE estabeleceu e mant\u00e9m um conv\u00eanio de coopere\u00e7\u00e3o t\u00e9cnica em inova\u00e7\u00e3o para transforma\u00e7\u00e3o digital do Tribunal de Contas do Estado de Pernambuco.
